Did you replace the output sockets with the recommended female RCA connectors with the nut on the exterior of the chassis?
If so, were you able to source these anywhere in Australia?

Hi, I have, but I'm pretty sure that I used regular RCA sockets, with the nut on the inside. I don't recall buying anything special for them.
I two modded ones for sale, in case you are interested... (I'll just have to find them...)

The advantage of having them with the nut on the exterior is for ease of pulling the unit apart.

As I recall, I used a piece of wire a few cm (5 perhaps) long, and it was OK.
