I have left Best Sound and will be joining the Soundroom on Olive as of 1st Feb. They have just brought on line Levinson, Classe, Rotel and are considering Wilson and Thiel. New toys to play with  :D  :D . As soon as I get settled there I'll arrange an evening to have you boys over to play.

Excellent! Sounds like we've got a venue for our next GAS meeting :lol:

So when are you going to ruin their world and introduce them to tubes? I could help.

Congratulations Tim! I'm with Scott. You need to get them to pick up the VTL line. I'd love to hear some Watt Puppies on a pair of Siegfrieds! :mrgreen:

Hi, Tim.  I stopped by Best Sound today and they said you had left, but had no idea where you had landed...curious.  Anyway, I'll stop by to say hello, soon.  Sounds like you ended up with more good stuff to sell....I've always admired David's stores and his business model.  In a very tough business, the Soundroom has continued to thrive.

Hope you got to sample that Gaudemus SACD I left with you a few weeks back. If I can find another copy, you can keep that one to demo thoses Wilson's with !  Any chance David will pick up Vandersteen since Tommy Palozzola closed up shop ??

Okay, I'm in love with Thiel.  

By the way, Mark O'Brien and Mark Walker at Rogue Audio told me that they have been looking for an "in" in the St. Louis market.  I wouldn't want you to overstep your bounds, but if you find it appropriate, call them.  I'm sure a 225 watt Zeus Rogue could do a nice job with a pair of Thiel 7.2s or CS6s.  570-992-9901 or www.rogueaudio.com

They have a new tube pre that was recently reviewed in one of the big mags.  Tell them I sent you.   :wink:  Maybe they'll give me a discount on a Stereo 90.   :lol:
