Advice needed

Hello to all!
I am new to the forum, and here it is the oldest question - i suppose-.
I have the chario delphinus speakers (4 ohm/90db/web www.chario.it). I am thinking of upgrading my aging but trustworhty amp (DENON PMA 320).
So I considered to stop being the ss type of guy and go for the tubes or sth hybrid. I already have a valve buffer (mf X10v3).
Do you have any oppinion on driving my speakers with the likes of primaluna prologue one (or two) would be sufficient. I do not hear loud. I like smooth listenings (Jazz, pop etc).
Secondly I think sth like unico hybrid.
Any suggestion?
One mil. thanx

Take a look at the Audio by Van Alstine circle under manufacturers.  Frank would be glad to advise you, I'm sure, and his gear is truly excellent, especially at his prices.  Solid state, hybrid and all tube configurations are all available.

For a while the Unison Unico was the current darling of the "in" crowd.  I don't state that as a slam, but believe it to be a good product.  For your use the smaller/less expensive 50 wpc version could be perfect.  The option of mods from a well known shop with professional reviews adds more value (I assume that the smaller version can modded too).

In my experience tubes usually lack the guts or damping to handle deep bass, but with your speakers (relatively small 2-ways) that may not be an issue.

With a tube buffer already in place I wonder why you feel the "need" to add more tubes?

'Cause a tube buffer just aint tube amplification.  Even in a quality hybrid, the tube IS the amplifier.

Thank you all for your suggestions.
Still I would like your oppinion on the driving capability of a tube integrated, say like a cary sli-30 (2X30W, 8XEL34) for my speakers. As far the tubes are concerned, I like the tube sound a lot. But this is an impression I've got from vtl and cary hearings. I also like tube like ss
I'll keep u posted.
