Yesterday there was a thread that mentioned an afro beat disk that was well received at CES and I promised to post a few titles from collection they are:

Habib Korte & Babada - Baro (excilant recording and some great sounds of rural Africa mixed with some great music).

Manu Dbango - Wakafrika (very musical arrangements with collaborations from many African artist)

Les Go - Dan Gna (beautiful female trio with a great cover of Sade's I can't go for that).

Antibalas - Who is this America (strong musical structure and very political)

Tony Allen (drummer from Fela Kuti)
