How about this for a regulated SB power supply?

Found this in PE's catalog and was wondering if it would be a PS improvement for my friend's new SB3 until she decides to get full on mods.

I'm guessing this is a linear supply rather than switching, like a wall wart.

That particular supply does not output 5 volts. The SB is fairly sensitive to voltage. There have been problems with folks using supplies that only output 4.8 V or less. More than 5.4 volts also would not be a good idea.

whoops! I misread the specs. I thought it was 5v.
