Probably not a lot. I have an older OmegaStar amp (not EX) and it certainly doesn't seem like it gets strained at any point. I mentioned the "effortless" sound it has in another thread.

Given your speakers, there would be no musical reason at all to go for the more expensive EXH amplifier.  It really only is necessary for extreme loads like inefficient 2 ohm ribbons as such.
