Need help with my Gallo Acoustics Ref Sub Amplifier.

I'm having issues and do not see any schematics on the unit to try and diagnosis the problem.
The Sub Amp has a crossover knob,Two Volume knobs per channel,and a Bass Boost knob along with phase controls.
The unit was working perfectly untill yesterday, there appeared to be a loss of mid bass. This is where I could tailor my sound to the room characterisitics. Needless to say it seems almost like a fuse is blown because the Crossover and Bass Boost knobs are now inoperable. Oddly enough the Volume knobs still work. I cannot tell about the phase knobs because they appear to tied into the bass boost.
Hopefully some has the unit and some insight. Of course my dealer as well as Gallo Acoustics tech support are out at the CES. Talk about poor timing. What is equally frustrating is that no other person technically is available to speak with for a week. I really do not want to stanby if it is a warranty claim and the unit could be in their hands to test on the bench while they are away or is it a simple over the phone fix...Not the best of scenarios...Any help appreciated
