Any flaws in this Sharp SD-EX111 mono-block configuration??

Have two Sharp SD-EX111s. Before I unpack the NIB one...will running one for the right channel with one set of speaker wires and one IC and the other in the same configuration to a cdp be true monoblocks?? I'm assuming that the remote will run both at the same time if placed close enough together and tuner use would be out, but would this work?

I've noticed the same thing. Hopefully the folks at Agon will keep a close eye on them. I'd spend a bit more or be patient before I'd send a grand or more to anybody. Overall my experiences on Audiogon have been very good, far better than Ebay.
