I am busy ripping away in anticipation of the arrival of my RWA modded SB3. Well, I just stuck Jane Monheit's CD "Taking a Chance on Love" in my laptop drive and noticed to my utter horror, that that CD is a Sony with the nasty FBI anti piracy warning on it.

What damage have I subjected my laptop to? How can I undo it, if at all? Am I HIV positive or do I have full blown AIDS?

Many were unleashed before the recall though... and I guess some could still be floating around in small indy type stores???

So, in spite of the FBI anti piracy warning, this CD is clean? I haven't damaged my system?

Thanks, one and all, for the quick medical assistance!!!

I just bought Neil Diamond's 12 songs, and there's no copy protection but there is the FBI warning.

I recently bought the Star Wars Episode IV soundtrack (ok ok, go ahead and laugh! ), which was released by Sony.  Ripped it to my Mac hard drive using iTunes to use with my Squeezebox, but when playing it back, it cuts out the first 3-4 seconds of each track...
