I know Frank was working on a new Chassis for his gear.

I have a SLR T7 Preamp and I would like to know what the cost will be to have it transplanted into a new body. My model has the RIAA Phono Circuits and buffered tape.

I hope the cost isn’t much.

Frank, Do you have any photos?

Thanks and Happy Holidays!

Oh dear, the new big chassis uses a brand new mother board containing all of the Ultra SL circuits ([eight regulated power supplies, line and optional tone control circuits, optional phono circuits, and mute circuts) with a full ground plane layout.

Thus there really is no way to "move" a SLR in the small chassis to the big chassis, as there is nothing useful to move.

The only upgrade path would be to sell the small chassis version and start over.

Sorry about this.
