Just wondering if the SqueezeBox system allows you to synchronize something on multiple boxes from a single server?  In other words, can you play the same music on 2 or more systems, like a living room and bedroom, if each has their own SB?

Yes.

The synchronize option only appears in the GUI if you have more than one SB connected to slimserver.
