... who saw X-men 2 yet? I assume it's out in the US. Some strangely self-conscious acting in parts, Jean Gray gained like ten years, Wolverine lost five, Mystique got bigger parts oops I mean a bigger part, we lost the frog and I haven't made up my mind about the camp German chappy. The camp part I mean, the effects were awesome. Two thumbs up from me, I really enjoyed it

Oh, right, here she is imitating, errr, a super-model...

I kind of like her in the blue scales, you get used to it...  :o

It doesn't come out here until Friday but I wouldn't be surprised if bubba has already seen it.  I wish I could get all of the sneak previews that he does.  Anyway Rebbeca was on Leno last night and she had had a little tequila before coming out so it was quite entertaining.

Bob's right, it's not out here 'till Thursday midnight.

I frequently watch things at private screenings before they're released. I might be watching it at a private screening tonight, but this time it doesn't look like I'll be watching it any earlier than Thursday midnight...

Heh. Back in the old days, Oz used to get movies months after they were released in the US. I guess that's all changed :o

I'll wait for you guys to catch up then ;-)

I really enjoyed it too.  I watched X-Men earlier today as I hadn't seen it in a while and glad I had.  Made you pick up on some of the inside jokes that if it had been a while you wouldn't pick up on.  Also if you havn't seen X-Men yet don't see X2.  It will make no sense as they don't waste any time on the main characters.

I just got back from X2, and have to say I enjoyed it much more than the first X-Men.

Random thoughts...

Daredevil rocks.
Rebecca, Halle, Famke, and Kelly Hu are HOT
Wolverine's a badass.

I can't wait for the sequel, and am VERY interested to see where they're going to go with it...

Now, let's hurry and get Matrix Reloaded out!!!

Anyone catch the Phoenix references at the end - I'm suprised the moved it in so quickly, but then again, the movies have to cover a lot of ground in a short time. . .

Oh yeah, Kelly Hu is very hot.

Tyson:

I caught the Phoenix reference, and hope they continue along one of the lines from the comics, rather than the animated series.

I liked the Beast cameo, as well...
