Second order crossover slope question

Second order crossover slope question

I am considering the purchase of a second order high pass filter. If I ask them to build the passive filter with a slope beginning at 60hz, does that mean that 60hz will be down by 0db, 30hz will be down by 12db, and 15hz will be down by 24db, etc?
