Does anyone have a cut list for the A/V-3S's. I plan on cutting the MDF this weekend and just i just to double check the measurements i have.

I never made an actual cut list because of the different ways that they can be made.

If painting them many people cut everything at a 45 degree angles so that the seam is right in the middle of the rounded edge and not on a flat surface.

If veneering them then most people just use butt joints. If doing it this way then cut the front baffle to the outside measurements of 17.5" by 8". Then the top and bottom can be 8" wide by 9.125" deep and top off the side panels that are 9.125" deep and 16" high.

I am going to be veneering them and buying the front baffle and grill fom you. I am also going to do butt joints on everything. Thanks for the help, i just like having everything in front of me, when i start a project.

I am going to build the a pair of A/V-3's, one A/V-3S and a pair of A/V-1RS's.

front 17.5" x 8"
back 17.5 x 8"
side 1 9.125" x 16"
side 2 9.125" x 16"
top 8" x 9.125
bottom 8" x 9.125
