There seems to be a train of thought that considers Burr Brown PCM63 based DACS as still the best for 44.1 Redbook.

I'm wondering if anyone here uses any of Monarchy Audio's DAC's and how they would compare them to any of the newer DAC's based on the later generation chips such as the Burr Brown 17xx's.

I used a Monarchy 22B Dac and really liked it. But a couple of years ago I bought a Scott Nixon tubedac plus and feel that it is much better in every way.
