     i'm thinking of buying some used gold mono's.. but I'm wondering first off if they can be upgraded to the xtreme's and second if they can be repainted to black.  these amps are about 4 yrs old.  Let me know. thanks.

No an do with the extremes in this chassis.  Keep in mind that the inside dimensions are quite a bit smaller than the current body.

However, please feel free to call me /  317 299 5578,  and we can discuss the different options that you'll have with this case / gold monos.  There are definitely some upgrades that you'll need / want, such as the Groneberg internal wiring,  LED's Plitron transformers, etc.
