Anyone know anything about the ME RIAA Phono Preamp?

Today I heard the ME "RIAA Phono Preamp Cascode Equalisation System" ... helluva nice phono stage!  

Can anyone point me in the direction of:
* a review?
* a user manual?
* one for sale in Oz?
