Even though I'm from NYC, I think it needed a change of venue. I'll probably go, as I have relatives in L.A. and this is a good reason for a visit.

I haven't thought that much of the last two NYC shows and don't see any need to go to LA for this one.

RMAF is way more entertaining, has much better gear, and is such a nice environment to enjoy music in.

Yeah, but it's in LA !!!

Wish I could go to RMAF this year, but unfortunately it is one of the two nighthawk weeks this year I have to work. Actually I get off work at 7 a.m. Saturday morning so theoretically could go, but I'd be very grumpy!

I may ask if any of my partners would be willing to take Friday, which is my last night shift. If one would then I could go...
