Got a neighbor problem with your largers?

I HAD a huge problem with the bit&* downstairs.   Even though she thought it was appropriate to blast the rap music with her 2 dollar sub downstairs at 6 AM on a freaking SUNDAY, she had a big problem with the larger being on at decent levels pretty much anytime she felt like it.   I went as far as to posting the noice ordinance on her door with a graph of my room 8)   That shut her up for a bit, but she still continued to bang on her ceiling when she didn't like what she was hearing past 8 PM...(she did mention something about a picture vibrating  ).  Anyway, I was determined to come up with a solution so we both could be happy.  So, after a few google searches, I bought two used subdudes made by auralex for less than 50 bucks used (good timing) to see if that would help.  Not only has it helped, but I absolutely love what they have done for my bass.  It not only stopped her ceiling from vibrateing but the bass is tighter, deeper, and I dare say has added fullness as well as depth to the bass I had before in my room.  My room sucks, but it is what I have to work with at the moment.

Anyway, moral of the story...if you have a larger in a smalish room, this might help it to sound infinately better, as well as to shut up the bit&^ downstairs

I have fallen in love with the larger sub tonight, and it is now, at least in my room, the best sounding sub I have ever heard!  My system has almost exceeded whatever expectations I had for it!

Cheers and Beers
