I have a problem. The AVM20 will not work. I have owned it for about 13 months and on occassion (15x's) when I turned it on it would light up (Display) but no music would play (If set to a FM/AM station). If I turned it off and then on again it would work perfectly.
Tonight, I turned it on and I saw a faint blue light which looked like a fast spark inside the case. I saw the blue light through the top of the case as I stood above it and turned it on.
When I looked at the display LED what I saw was a very very faint "AVM20." Nothing worked and the "AVM 20" did not change even when I pressed other buttons.
Please, please help. I don't know what to do.
