hammond bx 370 in cornet

hammond bx 370 in cornet

after 2 years using my cornet there is a strange lound hum even if the cornet is powered of. if i diconnect the power plug its quit.
does that mean that the hammond transformer is blown?

No, I'd guess a new ground loop.  Did you change cabling, position, or something else in your system?  The power switch normally completely disconnects the tranny.  But the earth ground is still there.

no I haven't changed the cabling, Ijust moved to a new Location.
