I'm interested in making IC but i have nevers solder anything before. What is the good method to solder the IC? and which tool as well as where i can get the silver / copper wire?

Well, don't worry. It's not hard at all. Take some practice. Here is a useful link that might help you get start soldering.
http://www.kpsec.freeuk.com/solder.htm As for the soldering iron. For a start with small project like IC the cheap Radio Shack will do just fine. But if you planing to make other stuff in the future than I do recommend the Weller WLC100. I have been using this model for about 5 years now. You might want to get this because once you starting buiding stuffs than there is stopping.
For solder. I'm currently using Woder Ultraclear of which I like. Also, there are WBT, and Cardas solder that are also good.
