It's easy to make a Salamander clone. The nice thing about it is that it's adjustable and you can use any finish of wood you like too. It cost me less than 150 to build a double wide rack with four shelves, more than I really need. Lots of discussion on this topic over at AA. You can email me if you want any help. I'm no woodworker and had no problem building one. Actually I thought I came up with the idea myself after seeing one but found it's a very common diy rack.
