Grease is the word, is the word that you heard
It's got groove, it's got meaning
Grease is the time, is the place, is the motion
Grease is the way we are feeling

Here are some pictures...

Audio Heritage (I think) speakers driven by Atmasphere and DeHaviland amps. Accuphase SACD, Alesis 24/96 hard disk recorder. Best horns IMO.

Atmasphere and DeHaviland Amps

Edgarhorn - Slimline

Cyrus Brenneman Audio Stereo 30 power amp, $6,500 per pair. (I believe)

Cyrus Brenneman Audio Preamp

Martinelli Audio and Audio Note Electronics

Norh - SE9, AVA2b, LeAmp II, 3.0's

Edgarhorn - Titans

Edgarhorn - Titan

Really enjoying the show. Lots of great folks. Our dinner party consisted of Wayne, Jason, Marbles, MaxCast, Klaus and Chris Brady.

Tomorrow promises to be even better. :)

Very briefly, they had the SE-9 and the 3.0's playing most of the time I was in the room. They switched to the new LeAmps and the other speakers (not sure which model, the one's under the 3.0's) right before I left. Michael Barnes showed me one of the LeAmp II PCB's and it uses discrete devices (JFET input, Bi-polar output) as opposed to the original LeAmp which was IC based. IMO this should be an improvement over the LeAmp.

I really didn't have enough time to do much listening, so I can't comment on the sound. Perhaps I can make it over again tomorrow. I spent much of the day in the Bolder suite assiting Wayne.

Thanks!
There are a few people anxious to findout weather they(LeAmpII's) are truely great amps.I for one because I am looking to Vertical amplify a set of speakers and I would be getting 3 sets if they are really good so alot is riding on the impressions \feedback I get from the demo of the amps at this show.

Please post any further comments about them tomarrow.

Once again thanks!
