Hyperion promised replacements, and they came through albeit a little later than I anticipated. Because the first shipment of the 938s were sold out, I had to wait for the second shipment which did not arrive until February 2005 about 6 months after my original purchase. Hyperion let me keep the original pair until the replacements arrived. The new speakers are flawless, I'm happy to say
Hyperion was very professional and kept me updated on the progress of my replacement throughout the whole period. They have provided excellent customer support.
