discrete pwr supplies for bugle

discrete pwr supplies for bugle

I have 2 15v dc supplies. Can I connect these directly to the + and _ battery connections on the preamp circuit board?

Only if the outputs are floating with respect to ground.  Otherwise, you will short circuit the -15V supply.
