Hi Danny,
I am considering buying an AV3 kit.I currently am listening to a pair of Dynaudio Audience 42's. They sound quite nice but I find I am missing that full range sound.

My question is do the AV3's sound as large as the Paradox 3's did?

I am using a Bluenote Steroid 1 signiture amp.It is a 25wpc Italian integrated and I really, really like. The relativly low power is another reason I wanted to replce the Dyn's.

Yes, they are actually very close. The P-3's would -3db down at 35Hz while the A/V-3's will -3db down to 40Hz. The woofers in the A/V-3 are a little faster though and have slightly better detail level.

Sensitivity is 91db and they are an 8 ohm load. You're tube amp will love them.
