I'd look at the chassis from digitalanaloguediy.com.  Ken @ diyzone.net is the contact guy and he visits this site with various DIY kits and products.  Their chassis is very very nice and comes predrilled and fit with connectors, IEC inlets, feet, etc.  Pretty nice prices too.

have a look

The chassis looks great, the only issue is I don't want any holes drilled in the rear pannel. I had e-mail them about the possibility of getting the 100 with a plank rear pannel, but they said they did not have any. So I guess I am looking for somthing exactly like the 100, but with a clean rear pannel.

Check with Kevin at the DIY Audio circle, he sells a chassis for his amps and other projects and I believe it comes with a blank panel or custom drillings...

There's also this list of sources from the Aspen (AKSA) circle... http://www.audiocircle.com/index.php?topic=11400

Has anyone used cases from IAG? They look really nice.

I have one, the 12x9x4 job.  Very nice.  Heavy aluminum construction and machining is top notch.  Be prepared to wait 6 weeks for delivery, at least I did!  I think they build to order???
