I'd love to hear from anybody who has purchased these high powered monoblocks.
Also, I see that Acoustic Reality is offering free shipping (they raised the price on these monos by $400 - that should cover the shipping!)

I guess I just beat the price increase.     My pair is still being burned in.  I read somewhere that it really is ~300 watts continuous into 4 Ohm load.  With damping factor of ~1000,  300 contiunous watts are enough to absolutely control my woofers.  Highly recommended for this fuction and runs ice cool!  I am going to give it 100 hrs (this weekend)  before I check them with my mids and highs.  I will compare them to two tube amps and a SS and post my findings.  You have to add $35 to $50 for wire transfer fee, but the amps arrived well packed and quickly (5 business days despite US customs intervention -- would've been 2 by Fedex Air).  I would love to check out other renditions to compare.
