That's bizarre. Sure the site looks primitive - guess they're not into brand identity too much - but it didn't even have current products on it for the longest time. (I think it's offline now, so maybe they're updating.) That's an odd allocation of resources, imo.
And the web site is for customers, i.e., a bunch of people on the internets [sic], including this forum.
