What is the prob you are having with your old account ?
Do you receive any error message ?

My old account name was Ilkatze.

I got a message that no such username exists.

I had to create this new account.  A complication was that the email associated with the old account no longer exists, so I couldn't respond to a verification request sent to that email when I tried to reset my password on the old account.
