  I'm surprised that nobody else has posted the Rush Reunite tour in 2026. Several cities in the United States have concert dates but nowhere else as of yet.
 Anika Nilles to play the drums. Apparently a highly respected Jazz drummer and they're adding a keyboardist.

I imagine locations, demand, and prices will keep me on the sidelines but I’d love to add a DVD to the collection.

I love that Cleveland was chosen for the final stop on the tour.

Well, the keyboards, bass guitar and main vocals were always handled by Geddy Lee.They added 42 year old german female drummer, Anika Nilles.So, she is the new addition to touring lineup.

After hearing about this announcement, I'm truly sitting on the fence on this one. I have always enjoyed Rush (one of my favourite bands) since the 70s and like Boston, Rush regularly gets fed into my audio gear. Ironically the kit cars of the 70s came to mind out of the blue - the ones where you had a Volkswagen Beetle chassis and put a Dune Buggy or Ferrari fibreglass body on  it - it looked great but at the end of the day it was still a Volkswagen Beetle (just an analogy on my part and not attempting to be rude).

I could be very well be wrong here and perhaps I'm also looking at this with a little bit of bias.

This would make an interesting topic of discussion as with the replacement of band members - when does the band stop being the "band" and lives on only in name?

I for one am glad to see them back on tour!  Hopefully I'll be able to catch them at some point.

An iconic group who defined a genre.  They lost a key member, but that doesn't mean they can't make music.  I had a work friend who manufactured a disability every year to take a couple of months off to follow Rush on tour either in the States or in Europe.  I'm sure Will is in retirement now and will likely be at every show.

I'm on the pre-sale list for the Chicago, Cleveland and Toronto dates.  But I have a feeling that when I see the prices, I will pass and just glow in the memories of seeing them many times in the 80's and 90's.

Along with Cream and the Jimi Hendrix Experience, Rush was certainly one of the best rock and roll power trios of all-time.

Looks like it's going to be harder to see Anika in a small venue after this....

Toronto boy here. They played at my high school in 75. Lots of glitter and elevator boots.
I wasn't into them at the time but I appreciate them now when they come on the radio.
