Qobuz login glitch on BDA-3.14

Qobuz login glitch on BDA-3.14

I can no longer login to Qobuz via Manic Moose. I keep getting told "Invalid username/email and password combination".

I installed Qobuz on my Sony TV with the new Qobuz Android TV app the other night, and that works great. I love it. But I had to change my password to log in as I forgot it.

Now when I use the streamer in my BDA-3.14, I can't log into Qobuz via the BDP in the BDA-3.14 with the new password.

Also when I try to play downloaded music from my USB stick, I keep getting notifications that MM can't log into Qobuz with my current details and those notifications keep interrupting the audio.

Has anyone else got this problem?

Dare we hope this means a Qobuz Connect update is in the offing? :)

I power cycled the unit and I rebooted the streamer. I tried logging in via my phone and computer. No dice.

I do note that when I try to reboot the BDP, it asks me for the BDP username and password and it won't accept "bryston" and "bryston". When I click outside the window it reboots OK though.

Any tips or advice to get Qobuz working again on my BDA-3.14 would be most appreciated.

I am willing to accept user error may be to blame :)

My problem was Roon kept rejecting my attempt to let Qobuz qualify. Finally I went to Qobuz and deleted the bug. Reregistered a different password in Qobuz and then all was well in Roon.

I tried Reset To Factory in the System settings and that did the trick.

We're back!
