Giants 0-3 since firing Daboll, Titans are 0-6 since firing Callahan. Maybe the coaches weren't the problem

Firing Daboll was a good thing, look what he was doing to that young quarterback who doesn't quite know how to run in the NFL.
He took a real shot going out of bounds last night.

No, I think it's the coaching and team culture, cause after 7 seasons of nothing with the Giants, Daniel Jones is lighting it up in Indianapolis like he's Joe Montana. That doesn't just happen.

I think Rusty hit the nail on the head.
With Jones, what little I saw the offensive line was just terrible.
This year, it was one penalty after another and then they'd get ahead and it was like they couldn't believe it so they'd just collapse.
Jason Dart has to realize this isn't college and if he continues to run around like he's doing, he will have a very short career.

The Patriots and Rams look like the teams to beat, I'm surprised at the Chiefs as I thought they'd be in much better shape this year.

Shockingly, during the playing of Renegade in the forth quarter, the unofficial Steeler fight song, fans booed and chanted "Fire Tomlin". Additionally many fans had sold their tickets to Bills fans making it far from a home game. Aaron Rodgers spent his time after the game blaming his receivers for the poor offensive performance. The Steelers are a team in freefall, a disfunctional mess from owner down through the coach to quarterback.

The worst officiating in my 60 plus years of watching pro football in the Steelers Ravens game, compounded by worse calls from the mystery official in the sky. I'm a Steeler fan, sort of, and the ridiculous calls are all against the Ravens. In order, the roughing the long snapper call. Called on the field, was bullshit, they never contacted his head or neck. Next the Aaron Rodgers tipped back to him interception that was overruled by the sky ref, baloney, he never, ever, had control of the ball. And finally, the most egregious, the clear and obvious touchdown again overruled by the mysterious and never revealed sky judge. Pure unadulterated insanity that handed the game, and possible the season, to the Steelers.

That was a tough beat for the Iggles. Sloppy play. Can't decide if Herbert is a moron for risking further injury to his surgically repaired broken hand or if he's Superman in a football uniform.

The best play of the game was the interception/double fumble. That absolutely cracked me up, and I have never seen that before.

It amazed me it went to overtime considering how bad the Eagles and Hurts played.

Now that a bunch of sport betting companies are sponsoring sporting events, one has to wonder when strange calls and strange coaching decisions are made(such as kicking a field goal with 4 seconds left to go when the kicking team is 10 points behind).
