I had this serviced by a local authorized Denon repair shop. They said there was some head wear but usable frequency response to 16kHz. I am selling because I have too many cassette decks. This is a used item and there is some wear - a thin plastic strip on the front had cracked and I glued it back. Does not affect operation though. Everything works.
