Honestly the coolest part of the 356 is the sensory overload aside from the looks. First thing you notice is that sound of classic mid-century sports car, but when you stop you get overwhelmed with the smell of the engine and it'll give you goosebumps.

I'm more than happy with my car... It has a top-end coilover suspension and runs 345/30/18 tires on 18x12 wheels on all 4 corners. On track it's a good bit faster than a 718 GT4 but not quite as fast as a GT4 RS.



If I was to buy a "dream car", it'd be a GT3R... retired race cars go for about $250k. Not sure on new, but I think it's around $1M for a brand new GT3 car.

@DaveC113, that is a pretty wild looking Chevy Camaro with a lot of aero! Yeah the 911R is a really nice race car. The Manthey Racing guys know what they're doing . Other than club sprints and advanced driver training, the only racing i'd like to do is tarmac rallies. And for that, my chosen weapon would be a Team FJ-prepared Alpine Rally R-GT as I mentioned in an earlier post.

Bob, my dream street legal open wheel car would be a Bac Mono. I know there is atleast one detuned street legal F1 car you can buy if you've got deep pockets, but the Bac Mono would be a lot cheaper and easier to run.
