Returning warranty items delayed?

I’m just wondering if it would be better to have parts (I.e. fuses) sent out to a customer to help diagnose an issue, rather than add to the backlog by sending the product back.

Hi - if just a fuse that makes sense for sure.
Usually Adam or Mike try to assess what is wrong before our customer is asked to send the amp in.
