I'm enjoying a nice Maker's Mark dram tonight with a splash of filtered water. What's in your glass?

When I go to my annual audio festival trek, that's when I have a cocktail with my overpriced steak. I get drink Crown-n-cola, I have a cola, and the some of the water w/no lemon.

All year long, I don't drink because I always have to drive. Don't drink and drive.

I seldom drink spirits, but have a cellar full of wines.

Do you have it in a wine refrigerator? Or, just sitting on a rack in the basement?

I built a styrofoam room in my garage with an air conditioner on it.  I can keep wines at about 65 in the heat of the summer and mostly around 60 year round. When I was making wine it often held 100 gallons or more.  Now it has about 200-300 bottles.

I like an occasional bourbon after dinner while listening to music, it's usually Woodford Reserve..

I am a red wine and IPA beer drinker, and for the past couple of weeks I have
been loving this IPA from Fort Worth, TX:

Martin House - "The Imperial Texan" - Double Red IPA

You have to respect any beer that has a skull on the box. And we know that everything is bigger in Texas 8).
