Snubber caps on the Aksa 55 power supply diodes?
« on: 2 Apr 2003, 04:57 pm »
Hi,

Has anyone experimented with using any sort of snubber circuit
on the power supply diodes in an AKSA?

What type of cap?  What value?
And last but most important, how did the sound
change?

BTW, I found a source of diodes for the Aksa if anyone was looking:

Check out International Rectifier MUR1020CT, sold on www.digikey.com
These are 10A, 200A ultrafast diodes.

Thanks for all your input!
