Like to introduce myself. Call me Killian. I’m no relation to the Irish Red Killian branch.
Been an audiophile for fifty plus years. I do vinyl and also rip digital to a computer based system. DIY for SET amps and Western Electric repo horns is my system and my passion. Horn system is augmented with Fostex super tweeters and DIY bass horn. Employ Transformer Volume Controls and Step Up Transformers wherever I can. Like 300B true mesh plates and Interstage Transformers. Heard of streaming and hopefully someday….Guess the pattern is pretty clear.
Like to engage AC members for help with a second vinyl playback system. For that, Moderator In The Sky, I’d like to head over to WTL. Hope to get some invaluable input.
