Currently running Pass 250.8 with Maggie 3.7i but in the past I had a Parasound HINT 5 with Maggie 1.7i they made beautiful music together. I always buy gently used to keep things affordable.

One other thing about pairing electronics with Maggies.  The sound better with a little bit of warmth.

I have a PS Audio BHK 250 that works well with my LRS+. This is a hybrid design that has tubes (one per channel) on the input stage, which gives it a slightly warm or organic sound, but still very clear and detailed. As its name implies, it produces 250 W a channel. This is enough in my reasonably large space. PSA also produces the same design in a monoblock version with 300 W a channel.

PSA is updating the top end of their line and has recently discontinued the BHK250. You can get a good used one for between $3000-$3500.
