Man,  just screwed up an order from last week when calling back the customer...I called while driving and didn't have the order sheets in front of me....not a biggie and it's all good,  but get this (and what are the chances of this to happen ???)

- One customer ordered while the other customer wanted to order within 24 hrs....1 x stereo and for the other customer  1 x pr of souped up hyper monos......BUT  at that point I only wrote up the mono order while the other customer called again and again for me to take the deposit for the stereo amp  when I thought...I just knew that I already took it.........

Because :

- Both customers are outside of Cleveland in the 216 area code

-  Both customers first names are Ron

-  Both customers have an unusual last name,  the difference being that 1 name adds a T at the end....


So yeah I was confused....what are the chances ????  And nope,  they don't know each other

I had a similar story of a customer calling up and requesting an oddly specific old green drab epoxy primer in quart size. Told the customer to come back next week and I'll have it in stock. Next work rolls around, guy comes in and says, "I hear you have a quart of green drab epoxy". I asked, "Is your name Bruce?" to which he affirmed it was and I sold him the primer. Next day, the real Bruce comes in looking for his primer and I just started laughing. To this day, the real Bruce never let's me forget it. Lol.
