Not sure how cheap is your cheap, but this little guy nails it on cost/quality streamer options. Super versatile, easy to operate (w10 computer platform) and USB out sounds good and will scale with improvements in usb cable. The upgraded power supply it comes with really helps. I've had mine for a couple years now and I still say it's one of my best purchases in hifi.

I have the Wiim Ultra and love it.  easy to use, great software can control form any phone of computer.  I use an external DAC but the internal DAC is not bad.  I got the ultra to be able to use a ext HD to stream my collection of music.  great deal for the price.
