Bryston white papers
« on: 21 Apr 2025, 01:02 am »
I was recently looking for the old Bryston white papers that used to be on their web site. I can't seem to find them anywhere. I really liked reading those. Any chance they are hidden in some archive?

Hi Mike

Sorry they are not available any longer.
I have done some re-do's on some subjects.
Any subject in particular you have interest in?

Hi James!

Coincidentally, I too have been looking for some documentation that used to be available on your website.

Would you be so kind as to email it to me? I can send you an email with a (short) list of what interests me.

All the best,
Antun

I was hoping to find the technical descriptions of your phono stages and output stages from back in the day, along with the other technical stuff.  If I am wrong feel free to correct me, but it seems that you now sell less to the pros that would be interested in such things, and more to the subjectivist market where such information would be unwanted or outright counter productive.
Reading the 1950's through late 70's Audio magazines was most instructive on how much information and discussion of the technical aspects that we no longer get. For instance , just TRY and find an objective report on a phono cartridge nowadays!

Hi Mike - correct the tech explanations appear to be much less important.
I really notice it on Facebook - if you post technical material you get far fewer likes !
