I would love to hear about it, though I might already have some knowledge on it.  I believe I know the designer and the waveguide for the tweeter was originally made for some speakers that he and I designed based on the X statik but with a different mid/tweeter.
What secret information does Mr. Richie have on it?

Have you seen the video below?  You'll have a lot of interest around the 2:20 mark.

The speaker / driver may be awesome, and I also suspect Danny may have some thoughts for you about it - whether it's his driver or not, Danny will tell you what he thinks; however, I also know he won't share "secrets", as one should not.

That run-on sentence was also awesome.  8) :green:

The Purifi woofer seemed to do really well in his tests and it's awesome to see that Danny is designing the crossover for Norman's speaker!  I bet it's going to sound great.
Did I miss anything in the video?  I only watched until he moved on to some other speakers.

It bet it does sound good too.  That's exactly why I suggested touching base with Danny about it.  He can provide more context relative to other drivers in terms of midrange performance.  He won't kid you just because it's his driver, and he can tell you why his driver does certain things that you may care about.  The M165NQ is pretty exceptional. The fact that it's affordable is a nice bonus.
