Guys - wanted to share this with you so you are informed of what goes on behind the scenes.
Since July of last year, I have been trying to get a #fezzaudio integrated to review as many of you have messaged me asking me why I won't review them.
Fezz HQ was very responsive, but told me it was too expensive to ship to the USA and for me to go to the USA distributor.
I have been trying for EIGHT MONTHS to get a response from the USA distributor (he also distributes Jadis in the USA and there have been posts on forums about how he ignores customers with issues).
Asking around, I was told by people in the industry "he is more interested in sports than being a distributor".
I emailed Fezz HQ last month and told them their USA distributor is a joke. Suddenly the USA distributor responds and says "I first reached out to him only one month ago".
This is FALSE as I actually have an email back from him in July and then radio silence from him. I reminded him of that.
Since then it has been one delay after another of him saying "next week" and after several weeks of this - and never hearing back from him, I am making this post.

I am here to tell you based on what others have told me about FEZZ USA, what I've read about their lack of service on the forums, and what others in the industry have told me, I WILL NOT review, support, or help promote Fezz so long as it has a distributor who is like this.
Fezz - you need to do much better. You are well aware of this issue and your lack of action to ensure strong customer support concerns me for anyone spending money on your gear.
Therefore no Fezz ever will be here so long as there is a complete lack of focus on customer support.
There are too many other brands that make fantastic sounding gear and care about their customers.
