But is this LGK what you are using for rear firing on the NRD speakers?  If so, will those be sold on their own?  If not, what do you recommend of your tweeters for that job?

Still curious if you have more info on the Allie's - particularly pricing and finishes.

Thanks

Danny, have you tried the Allie on top of double troubles?  That looks like a killer combination.

It is better to put Allie on stands and place them in the room where they best work in the room and then have the servo subs separate so that they can be placed in the room where they work best in the room.

I can't wait to hear the Allies and Maddies when they finally go into production, I'm trying to decide between one of those or building out a pair of Otica's.  Curious about the future of the Otica's, I don't hear much about them anymore.  Maybe Danny can chime in and talk about the pros and cons for each of the models?  I have a 14x17x9 room so plenty of space for any of the speakers.

NX-Oticas: High sensitivity and easy to drive with anything. 300B tube amps match well with them. Resolution and detail levels are really high. Really transparent. Vocals sound great. With the open baffle servo subs, they will play anything really well, and excel in all areas.

Allie and Maddie models excel in all areas of imaging. Vocals are the best that I have ever heard. They need at least 35 watts or power.

Actually pretty soon. Almost everything is in hand right now and we are assembling the networks.

Danny, how do the new speakers sound at low levels?  I know some speakers need to be cranked to sound good but I usually listen at less than loud.

Is this the same speaker (Allie and Maddie now) that you and Ron NRD collaborated on?

Yes. They are my new favorites.
