Can you buy WBT loose parts?

When Klaus shipped me my Stratos, the little red WBT binding post insulator fell apart. Does anyone sell WBT loose parts like that?

After coming to know Klaus, you really have to catch him real-time and this seemed like such a petty thing that I gave up after leaving a couple-a messages. I really would rather not run him down for such a small request.

The US distributor sez he'll send me one if I give him the WBT p/n. Anyone know what that is?

among other sources, WBT components are available from Parts Express (Ohio), Parts Connexion (Toronto), and Michael Percy Audio (Nevada City CA)
