Hello from ATL
« on: 16 Jan 2025, 02:03 pm »
Hello, Everyone,

This "Newbie" post is a re-post from a different section.

I have finally joined Audio Circle after reading the content for several months and following Danny on You Tube for over a year. About eight years ago, the stereo bug bit me again after biting me the first time in my youth. I have been building and tweaking a hybrid system - 7.1 and two channel. I "spin" LPs, some from my youth, but I also enjoy high-res digital files.

Thank you to all of you whose posts I have read. I have learned much from you, yet I have so much yet to learn! So much fun, though!

A newbie-hi from Kansas City. I've had stereo since the 1970s. Currently have Yamaha receivers with Emotiva amps and various speakers, turntable. My wife likes music too so she has her listening area upstairs and I have mine down. I made some upgrades in December by adding new surrounds with stands and the emotivas.
