Hey Everyone, New member from Los Angeles. I'm listening in a home theater/living room with Vienna Acoustics Mozart Grand, Marantz SR6012, Musical Fidelity A3CR, VPI, Cambridge Audio 640P, and Apple Airplay. Looking forward to chatting about speaker upgrades

Have you considered active monitors (that the studio professionals use)?  The best overall speaker I ever owned were JBL 708P's, 2-way actives.

  • To whom more was given more will be required.
    • Never go to a psychiatrist, adopt a straycat or dog. On the street they live only two years average.

I've owned a small pair of Audioengine A2 desktop speakers.. the polar opposite of your JBL's.
